Chief Minister Surendraraj Pandey's home district of Gorkha has received a budget of 1 billion 55 million rupees for only 154 projects from the Infrastructure Development Office. 24 schemes of Rs 599.3 million allocated in Kaski Region No. 1 are Kaski 1 (A) which is the place where party leader Adhikari won the election . In his constituency, under the supplementary grant, two schemes are worth 333 million 16 lakh rupees. Apart from these two big plans, the budget has been allocated for the rest of the old and new plans. UML MP Ganeshman Gurung, elected from Kaski 3, expressed his anger in the parliament saying that the budget was concentrated in the area of ​​Chief Minister, former Chief Minister and party leader. statistics show that a lot of budget has been dug in the constituencies of the Chief Minister and former Chief Minister, but they are not ready to accept it. Chief Minister Surendraraj Pandey says that due to the large number of old multi-year plans, the budget in his home district has gone too much. Physical Minister Prakash Bahadur KC claimed that there is a lot of budget in Kaski due to the capital of the state, a district with a large population and remaining obligations from the previous year. He said that 1 billion 124 million has been allocated to Infrastructure Development Office Kaski, 24 million 12 million from Directorate of Infrastructure Development, and 12 million rupees to Urban Development and Building Office Kaski for multi-year planning . It seems that a large amount of money has been allocated when the budget has to be allocated for the five-year obligations of all the offices of Kaski,' he said, 'as it is an urban area with a large population, the capital of the state and the tourism capital of the country, it cannot be considered abnormal to have some more budget allocation.'

Other MPs do not agree on the fact that the budget appears to be too much when paying the liabilities as claimed by the Chief Minister and the Minister. The MP complains that there is no equitable distribution even to reduce the liability . "When others need 40 million, they give 100 million. When they take responsibility for themselves, the budget seems too much!" said a member of parliament from the ruling party. There should be justice even in the responsibility.'
