office. This budget titled Karmada Mavi Building construction also belongs to Finance Secretary Pandey's village. A budget of 30 lakh rupees has been allocated to improve the Goretto road in Bageshwari Community Forest to be spent from Land and Watershed Management Office. Finance Secretary Pandey has invested Rs 30 lakh in the name of Goretto road improvement from the office which has no budget of more than Rs 5 lakh for a sensitive matter like slum protection. 

From the 5 ministries that will have the development budget, the ruling party's directly elected MPs were given a ceiling of about 4.5 million rupees, directly elected opposition MPs were given about 40 million rupees, ruling party proportional MPs were given about 2.5 million rupees and opposition proportional MPs were given a ceiling of about 2 million rupees .

The MP got a budget of 40 crores for the scheme across his constituency, and a scheme of 8.5 crores has come up in the secretary's village. Even the plans within the ceiling recommended by the MPs of the ruling party have not been included in the annual development program. The plans of the Ministry of Physical Infrastructure Development and Transport and the Ministry of Social Development, Youth and Sports have not only been cut, but the plans that have not been sent by the Ministry have also been added.
