31-year-old Budhe Sarki of Benisahar Municipality-2 in Lamjung was found dead two days later. According to Police Inspector Rajkishore Sah Teli, Information Officer of District Police Office Lamjung, Sarki's body was found around 8 am on Saturday. He was missing since Thursday.
Police inspector Sah Teli informed that Saraki's body was found on the bank of Jingekhola (Jhang Khola) west of Benisahar municipality-9 dumping site. The police team rescued the body and took it to the hospital after being informed that there was a dead body in the stone pit.
Manmaya Sarki of Bensi Sahar municipality-2 identified the body as her son. The body has been kept at the hospital for post-mortem and police said that the incident is being investigated.
So far, no grounds have been found to suspect duty and police inspector Shah Teli said that detailed information will be obtained after the post-mortem.
