The only road leading to Himalayan district Manang has been blocked due to a landslide. The Lamjung section of the road was blocked by a landslide near Marsyangdi Rural Municipality-4, Chamche.
After the road was blocked, the vehicles leaving for the destination were stopped. Locals said that even people could not cross.
Baburam Tamang, a local hotelier, said that the road between Chamche and Bung Jharna Wari was blocked due to a landslide. According to him, the landslide occurred on Tuesday around 12 midnight.
