The body of a person who went missing in Begnas lake while swimming has been found. 43-year-old Rajesh Shrestha, a resident of Sahid Lakhan Rural Municipality 3, Mankamana, Gorkha District, went missing while swimming in Begnas Lake, Pokhara Metropolitan City-31 Majhikuna, Kaski District, on the evening of May 25.
After receiving the news of Shrestha's disappearance, a team of 7 divers was mobilized under the command of the Armed Police Inspector from the Armed Police Force Nepal No. 24 Kalika Gana.
According to DSP Shailendra Thapa, co-spokesperson of the Armed Police Force, Nepal, Shrestha's body was found at a depth of about 35 feet on Monday morning.
