45 km road of 'Harmichour-Balewa' section under the Kaligandaki Corridor has been blacklisted ahead of time.

There are reports that the construction of physical structures has taken a long time and the work has not been completed even after the deadline has been extended several times. But in one section of the Kaligand corridor, the work has been completed 7 months before the scheduled time. Not only this, the contractor company and the project have also been honored for being blacklisted ahead of time.
The contractor company, Kalika Construction, which has been in charge of the black sheeting within the next month, has completed the work in the second week of May, so the project staff and technicians were honored on Saturday.
In a program held at Jaiminidham in Baglung on Saturday, employees and technicians were honored along with Mahesh Subedi, Chief Project Officer and Manager of Corridor Project Office on behalf of Baglung Municipality, Jaimini Municipality and Kaligandaki Rural Municipality of Gulmi .
Basant Kumar Shrestha, head of Baglung municipality and Harihar Sharma, deputy head of Jaimini, said that they were honored by the message from Baglung that not all contractors have stalled their work. He said that if the work was completed ahead of time, the contractor would save 6 months and the business of the people would increase by millions. He emphasized that everyone should create an environment that is possible during Gaurav's activities. The chief officer of the
project said that the state should ensure the resources of the companies that have completed the work and the contractors who have stopped the work due to lack of resources.
The agreement was signed on November 26, 2079 and concluded on November 25, 2082. Apart from this section, the road from Hermichour to Riddy has already been blacked out last year. The section of Baglung from Balewa to Maldhunga is not finished yet.
Kalika Construction blacklisted this section in the contract of 3 billion 33 crore. Manager Subedi said that despite the payment of crores of rupees for this section, it has been completed by continuous work. He said, "If we had waited for resources not to come, it would not have been completed next year," he said. Jaimini's former mayor Indraraj Paudel along with Jaimini and Baglung municipality's ward president also participated for the honour.
After the construction of this road, daily bus service has been operated from Kushmisera in Jaimini to Butwal. Locals said that the road which used to take 10-12 hours after the road was blackened has now been reduced to 5 hours.
