Under the Mahendra Rajmarg, a concrete bridge has sloped over the Binayi River in Dumkibas, the longest village in East Nawalparasi.

The 245-meter-long Binayi Khala at Dumkibas of the under-construction Mahendra Highway has been sloped on Friday evening. The road department has informed that traffic will be operated from next June 14 through the new concrete bridge built during the highway expansion.

According to Shiv Khanal, spokesperson of Butwal Narayangadh road section, traffic can be operated on the bridge after 28 days of slope. Khanal informed that only after 28 days of the bridge slope, since the bridge will work according to the load carrying capacity, vehicles will be able to pass through the same new bridge from June 14th.
