Bhimsen Thapa and Shahid Lakhan Rural Municipality have constructed a facility-rich administrative building. Maoist Chairman and former Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal inaugurated the newly constructed buildings of both rural villages on Tuesday.
The construction of the building has been completed at a cost of 84.3 million rupees of Lakhan Rural Municipality. Under the federal government, the construction of the building was completed with the cost sharing of 34.9 million rupees from the local infrastructure department, 7.7 million rupees from the coordination committee and 4.16 million rupees from the Shahid Lakhan village, informed Rajan Ranabhat, the engineer of the village.
The four-storied building constructed in Ghairung Pipalchap located at Shahid Lakhan-6 has 52 rooms including executive hall, judicial committee hall and seminar hall. Each branch has separate/separate rooms. The construction of Shahid Lakhan's building, which started on 2nd of Chait 2077, was completed on 17th of last Paush.
Similarly, the Bhimsenthapa rural municipality building is a three-story, 25-room building. According to the rural municipality, the cost of construction of the building is 34.3 million. The construction of the building has been completed with 20 percent of the federal government, 30 percent of the coordination committee and 50 percent of the village.
