After the discovery of the cave, the local residents got involved in the protection of the cave institutionally. At that time, the cave was well known. Alpeswar Cave Tourist Center was established by the locals with the aim of making the cave a religious tourist destination and bringing in domestic tourists. Alpeswar Cave Tourist Center Secretary Ramchandra Lamichhane said that the families of Premnarayan Sharma Adhikari, Fanindra Adhikari, Hariprasad Adhikari, Mim Sharma Lamichhane, Khagraj Adhikari, Agnidhar Adhikari also donated land worth about three ropani to the cave.

Among the group of 16 people who entered the cave for the first time, Badri Sharma Adhikari, the treasurer of the Alpeswar Cave Tourist Center, was also . He says that the cave was opened in about 15 days after a short distance.
