Two women have died after falling while cutting grass in the forest. District Police Office Tanahun has informed that two women who went to cut grass in Katorke community forest in Solung, Rishing Rural Municipality-3 of Tanahun fell and died on Monday.
Deputy Superintendent of Police of District Police Office Tanahun Ashok Thapa informed that the deceased are 62-year-old Shrimaya Rana of Solung and 26-year-old Khimsara Magar of Devghat Rural Municipality-2.
They went to cut grass on Monday morning and did not return until late afternoon. During the search, the body was found approximately 100 meters below the place where the grass was cut, according to the police.
