It has been checked whether the paragliding pilot of Pokhara consumed alcohol or drugs while flying. The team of District Police Office Kaski and Ward Police Office Baidam reached the paragliding flight site Mandredhunga in Pokhara-24 on Monday and checked the fit of 39 pilots.
It was found that 38 out of 39 people did not consume it. SP Shyambabu Oliya, District Police Office Kaski chief, said that 15 pilots were tested for lapse and one person was found to have consumed both mapse and lapse.
The pilot has been detained by the police. He said that the investigation was conducted after complaints were received that the pilot flew by measuring and missing.
