3 people were killed in a micro bus accident at Pokhara Metropolitan City-32 Lameahal under Prithvi Highway. On Wednesday afternoon, 3 people died during treatment when an electric micro No. C1J8630 coming from Dhading towards Pokhara met with an accident.

District Traffic Police Office Chief Inspector Shobha Pandey informed that only 51-year-old Sangmaya Gurung of Pokhara-25 Hemja has been identified among the deceased. 11 people were riding in the micro. 

Apart from the dead, the condition of 8 people is normal, she said. They are being treated at Pokhara Academy of Health Sciences and Pokhara University Teaching Hospital. 

It is the initial estimate of the police that the speeding micro got out of control due to a sudden wind and the accident occurred. The micro fell about 35 meters below the road in a field.
