Santosh Sherchan, head of Manaslu Conservation Area (MCAP) said that the tourist check center service has been resumed keeping in mind the convenience of tourists as the number of tourists coming to Manaslu area is increasing significantly. He said that the inspection center will provide information to tourists about trekking routes, provide information about tourist areas, check tourism permits, etc.

He said that facilitation services will also be provided from the center for collection of necessary documents for monitoring and relief in case of damage to domestic animals during the collection of herbs and wild animals. "Samagaon is also the main place, the permit checking of those who enter Gorkha through Larkepass from Manang side becomes easy," he said.
