11 people were injured when a pickup jeep carrying passengers overturned in Tamankhola, Baglung. The vehicle overturned on the road due to brake failure in Kateri of Tamankhola rural municipality-2.
On Monday afternoon, at 1:50 pm, the jeep numbered 1 J 5705 overturned. 30-year-old Muna Vik of Galkot Municipality-1 and 23-year-old Naveen Mall of Rukum Chowrzahari Municipality-13 are serious in the incident. Deputy Superintendent of Police Vijay Yadav informed that Vick suffered severe injuries in various parts of his body and Malla's head. The incident site is located in a rural settlement 120 km west of the headquarters.
The seriously injured have been sent to Dhaulagiri Hospital for further treatment after primary treatment at Burtibang Hospital, while others are being treated in Burtibang. Locals and teams from the area police office Burtibang and Bongadovan police station rescued the incident.
