56-year-old Nilraj Puri has a house in Kushma Municipality-7 Sazha Chowk. He reaches the vegetable farm in Khareha, which is reached by walking for 15 minutes at 7 am. Nilraj is there till evening. Nilraj, who returned from staying in Saudi for five years, has now leased four acres of land and operated Puri Agro Farm. Where he cultivates seasonal and off-season crops for twelve months. While enjoying farming, he said, 'The world has survived by eating grains grown by farmers. I have considered the soil as a gift and the fruit as a gift.

It has been a decade since Nilraj's heart started enjoying the agricultural profession . That's why he doesn't flow harsh cold even if it's sunny. Instead, Kushma goes out to sell vegetables by riding a bicycle in the market. Raithane of Kushma often has no problem selling the vegetables she produces. Because acquaintances ask to bring vegetables over the phone, some go to his garden to buy vegetables. Puri said, "There are also easy professions to earn money". It is not easy to sweat in the hot sun all day long. But physical fatigue pales before the satisfaction of touching the heart from within.'

This year, Nilraj faced a problem in selling cauliflower. Cauliflower was produced in all farmers' fields at once. And even if it was given free in the market, there was a situation where they would not eat it', he said, 'The farmers of the village, who have walked for hours and carried on their heads, would have a lot of pain in their hearts if they did not get a price.'

He has built a green house in his vegetable garden. In it, he grows cauliflower, cabbage, radish, radish, bodi, beans, cucumber, tomato, melon and chili. He used to produce vegetable bundles before operating the farm .

He is one of the hardworking farmers of Kushma Bazar. Earlier, he was producing few vegetables and berna in Durlung Chowk and Sazha Chowk, and he came to Khareha seven years ago after realizing the desire to run a large vegetable farm.

He came to Saudi Arabia with the dream of earning money at a young age. He lived in Saudi for five years and worked in vegetable farming. "If I had returned to Nepal and cultivated vegetables, I would have arrived long ago." I ran a clothing store for nine years', he said, 'A man who came from farming in the desert of Arabia, felt that he cares for his own growing soil, so I stepped into commercial agriculture.' Kushma's Raithane had a lot of land . Puri was in charge of growing vegetables from corn, millet, livestock and cutting grass.

Puri advises young people who don't hesitate to go abroad to sell jayjeta, rather than going abroad to earn twenty/thirty thousand, to plow their own fields. He says that if you can put ginger, turmeric, cardamom in the wings of the house by looking at the geography, you can get a better market price. "Those who have gone to a country with income must have done well", he says, "The youth who come to a country where they can barely cover their household expenses will not have youth or money after a few years." According to him, according to the market price, the amount goes up and down. The family has two daughters, one son and wife . He is happy that he is able to fulfill the general wishes of the family as he does not have unnecessary expenses.

A daughter has gone to study in UK . He is confident that his daughter will return to Nepal soon. "She didn't go to live". He doesn't even want to live there . She will come to Nepal in two/four years,' he says. Another daughter works in Nepal and son studies in class two.

states that the state should be able to help farmers in marketing their products . Puri's experience is that even though the subsidy gives a lot of relief to the farmers, the farmers are in a situation where they run away due to the lack of market for the produced goods. "All the three governments should make arrangements to buy the farmers' produce at a low price and sell it to the consumers at a low price", says Puri, "The farmers should not have to return home crying after having farmed the whole year up and down to the market". Now he is determined to continue farming even if he remains healthy. "I got to eat pesticide-free vegetables watered by my own sweat", Puri says with a smile on his face, "What is the point of earning huge money? It's nothing to die for." My last wish is to be able to touch the soil even in my old age.'
