19 houses under the road jurisdiction of Madhyapahari Lokmarg have been demolished. The upgradation work has been started by demolishing the houses connected with the road in Luitelbhanjyang, Bahrapirke and other areas under the Masanethanti-Thantipokhari section. Homeowners demolished their houses for road construction.

Palungtar Municipality-4 Luitel Bhanjyangka 10, Bahrpirkeka 6, ward no. 2 Putlikhetka 2 and ward no. 1 house in Dhurpulekhar was demolished, said engineer Govind Shrestha of Palungtar, Madhyapahari Highway Planning Office. In the very old Luitel Bhanjyang, only 10 houses were within the jurisdiction of the road.

The traditional houses made of stone and mud in Luitel have been demolished and road upgrading has been started after the road is in the middle of the market area . According to Engineer Shrestha of Madhyapahari Highway Planning Office, Palungtar, the house which is within 6/6 meters to the right of the road has been demolished and upgraded.

He said that in the case of houses built with earthquake relief funds, the district administration office has decided to provide the costs of demolition. "We have decided to pay 20,000 rupees for the raw house, 30,000 rupees if it is made of mud and 45,000 rupees if there is some plaster work with mud and mud," he said.

The contractor company MP SCF ACC JV signed a contract for 16 km of black paper from Okhle to Nivel on 10th January 2072 . In a period of 9 years, the term of the contractor has been extended for the sixth time .
