The opposition party Maoist has demanded to remove the objection made by the ruling party UML in the Gandaki state assembly from the records of the parliament.

Kusum Budha, chief whip of the Maoist Center, took time at the beginning of the state assembly meeting on Wednesday and demanded that the statement be removed from the record of the parliament, saying that there was a ban on speaking and not speaking.

After the discussion on the related matter, after the minister has given his answer, is it possible to veto the law or not? Secondly, it is more serious that the name of our honorable person is being accused of not speaking,' she said, 'Therefore, we sincerely request the speaker to remove the statement of the honorable person who objected to the law from the record of the parliament.' While speaking, he said that the Prime Minister did not like the fact that Kulman was not allowed to sit in the chair of the authority by keeping his relatives out.

Bhandari said that by uttering the word 'Pradhanmantri ko salo', the UML objected to the rule 25 of the Gandaki Pradeshiya Sabha Rules, 2080. However, as UML Chief Whip Gobind Bahadur Nepali said, Bhandari did not say the words 'Prime Minister's Salo'.

Parliament Secretariat listened to the recording of MP Bhandari's speech on Tuesday after the UML's opposition. However, there is no mention of UML's opposition in the record. After that, the Maoist Center demanded that the ordinance be removed from the records of the Parliament in a meeting on Wednesday.

After the demand of the Maoist Center, Speaker Krishna Prasad Dhital requested not to raise the issue of the rule of law as it has already been discussed in the working arrangement consultation committee meeting. The meeting of the provincial assembly has proceeded after the request of the speaker to discuss the working order if necessary.
