A new date has been fixed for the Prithvi Narayan Campus Independent Student Union (SVA) election, which was postponed due to an error in the ballot paper.

The election committee has informed on Wednesday that an agreement has been reached between associations, panels and independent candidates to hold the election postponed on Tuesday, March 10, from 8 am to 4 pm. Election Officer Prof. Dr. Ramchandra Pokharel informed.

The election could not be held on Tuesday after the name of Milan Sunar, who is a direct candidate for the position of president from Aneraswaviyu (6th), was omitted from the ballot paper. After the publication of the new ballot papers, the election committee postponed the polling from 8 am on Wednesday. However, the vote could not be held on Wednesday after the dissatisfied party locked it on Tuesday itself. In the joint meeting between the election committee and organizations, independent candidates held on Wednesday evening, an agreement was reached to set a new date.

Sunar, who is a candidate for the post of president from Akhil (6th), said that it was a task to get them. He says that his organization has no agreement that the campus has set a new date. ``The agreement of all the organizations has been said. But the New Shakti Student Union and we do not agree,' he said, ``We don't know if it has been broken because it is called a big organization.'' On the direct side, the candidates of Akhil (Revolutionary), ANERASWAVIU (6th), Pragya Vidyarthi Parishad Nepal, Nepal Vidyarthi Sangh, Joint Panel, ANERASWAVIU are in the election field. Navin Adhikari from Akhil (Revolutionary), Milan Sunar from Aneraswaviyu (6th), Dipsan Gurung from Academic Student Council Nepal, Sushil Neupane from Nepal Student Association, Santosh Paudel from Joint Panel, Vishnu Pokharel from Aneraswaviyu are candidates for the president of Swaviyu. Kamal Subedi and Biplavi Neupane are independent candidates.

Akhil (Revolutionary), Aneraswawiyu, Pragya Vidyarthi Parishad Nepal, Akhil (Sixth), Akhil (Revolutionary) Vaidya, Nepal Vidyarthi Sangh, Aneraswawiyu, Akhil (Socialist) and Naya Shakti Vidyarthi Union have submitted their candidatures. There are 9,270 voters in Prithvi Narayan campus. After 065, the election of Swaviyu has not been held in this campus.
