A joint panel of ANERASWAVIU and Akhil (Revolutionary) has been elected as Independent Student Union (SWAVIU) at Institute of Forestry Studies, Pokhara Campus.

According to the public final vote results on Tuesday night, the panel of student organizations of the ruling and opposition parties on this campus was elected to Swaviyu. Abhishek Sharma of Aneraswaviyu has been elected as the president. Sharma defeated Navy Sangh's Uttam Humagai by 82 votes. Sharma got 230 votes and Humagai got 148 votes, election committee coordinator Dr. Ramchandra Sharma informed. 

Gaurav Khadka of Krantikari was elected as the secretary with 226 votes. Navy Union's Dipendra Prasad Rauniyar got 148 votes as secretary. There is a difference of 78 votes between these two candidates. 

Aneraswaviyuki's Pratima Shrestha won by a margin of 70 votes. Shrestha got 224 votes and Janaki Gurdhami of Navy Sangh got 154 votes.  Among the

members, Sunil Singh Bhandari of Aneraswaviyu got 247 votes, Siddhant Khanal got 232 votes, Riya Shrestha of Akhil (Krantikari) got 225 votes, and Manipat Dhungana and Vivor Shah got 230 votes. Navy Sangh's Pradeep Shrestha got 153 votes, Vikas Dhakal got 146 votes, Nirmal Pandey got 138 votes, Bhavna Bhandari got 137 votes and Prakhandi Aryal got 136 votes. 

The panel was formed by agreeing that Aneraswaviyu would have a chairman, treasurer and 2 members and revolutionaries would have a secretary and 3 members. There are 450 voters in this campus and 383 votes were cast in the voting on Tuesday.
