69-year-old Bimaya Varam of Barpak Sulikot Rural Municipality-4 Tukrang was killed by a bundle of wood that fell from above while cutting grass in the forest.
On Tuesday, when she reached Borikhark forest to cut grass, Varam was injured when a piece of wood fell from above and hit her on the head.
Indra Prasad Subedi, DSP of District Police Office, Gorkha, said that he died on the way while he was being brought for treatment.
