In the independent student union elections held on Tuesday, Dhaulagiri has been elected as the president for the first time in the versatile campus.
On behalf of Akhil Samyukt, Asmin Shaikh of Aneraswaviyu has been elected as the President . Sheikh got 552 votes for a total of 1 thousand 59 votes. Srishti Acharya of Navy Sangh got 491 votes.
The secretary, treasurer and most of the members of the union won . Sachin Harijan of Navy Sangh won by getting 534 votes while Rudra Bahadur Pun of Akhil United got 599 votes. Vishal Gharti of the Navy won the Treasurership by getting 654 votes. Akhil United's Resha Sharma got 384 votes. Among the 6 members, 5 members were elected from the Union and one from the United States.
Dhaulagiri multipurpose campus, which was established in 2019, was elected for the first time among women for president. Prashant Subedi, Deep Sagar Subedi, Sudip Gharti, Srishti Ghartimar, Subas Babu Gharti and Akhilka Vaktar Gharti of Navy Sangh were elected as members.
