Chief Minister of Gandaki Province, Surendra Raj Pandey, has asked to immediately stop insulting Nepal by staying abroad. Chief Minister Pandey made this request while addressing the opening ceremony of the newly constructed motorable bridge located in Palungtar Municipality-9 on Tuesday.
"There is a habit of doing only disappointing things because nothing happened, nothing could happen," he said. Let's stop insulting.
He said that one can fulfill his duty towards the motherland even if he stays abroad. "Those who have left the country, should do something because I have some duty towards the motherland, don't just stay abroad and insult Nepal," he said. Let's stop the depressing work now.'
He also said that the government will now take a 'guarantee' for the sale of commercially produced agricultural produce in a different context. "If the products produced do not find a market, the government will create an environment to buy them. We have to show the courage to produce," he said. The work is done no matter what you do.'
He also expressed concern that the practice of going from the village to the city, from the city to abroad has increased. "Even when talking about roads, drinking water, and electricity, they have reached the village. In the village where 500 people lived before, now there are 100 people," he said.
