The school in the capital has been without a principal for eight months

Rudre People's High School, which has been getting excellent results in SEE for a decade, has been without a headmaster for eight months. No one has come here since the then headmaster Rajesh Shrestha was transferred because he acted against the dignity of the post.

For some years, this school has started teaching in English medium as well . But since there is no principal, the teaching and management of the school has been affected.

Assistant Prof. Sita Nepali complained that she was not able to go out for meetings and other work after teaching in regular classes. The then headmaster Rajesh Shrestha was removed from the principal by the management committee for coming to the school after consuming alcohol. After that, Baglung municipality kept Shrestha for a month and transferred him to another school. But he did not send the teacher to that school.

At present, only the best teachers at the secondary level were in this school . There are 480 students studying here, except for one person from the municipality's grant quota, and there are only teachers from private sources and professional ranks.

10 teachers from private resources are being taught here by donating parents. The Nepalese said that there was an impact on the teaching of secondary level as there were only Darbandi primary teachers.

Kamal Bohra, chairman of the school management committee, complained that he was neglected when he went to the municipality to ask for the post of teachers. "The city education committee officials are not in favor of providing public schools," he said.

Municipal Education Officer Dhanprasad Pokharel said that he could not send the required teachers without getting them. When the preparation classes for SEE are going on, it is not the mathematics teachers but the students who are worried. Most of the students of this school are children of laborers of Majhi Basti located in Maldhunga. Even now, they are forced to come to school only by car every day.

"We have not been able to give scholarships to the children of Dalits and workers, instead of teachers, we are forced to ask for financial support from the parents," Bohra, the chairman of the school management committee, said, "We have been rewarded with good exam results."
