An excavator driver died when he was hit by a stone while digging a road in Ajirkot rural municipality-1 Chisyang.

DSP Indra Prasad Subedi of District Police Office Gorkha said that the 45-year-old excavator driver Ram Bahadur Ale, a resident of Ghuwa Tanahun Ambukhaireni Rural Municipality-6, died. 

On Wednesday, during the opening of motor road (new track) going to Kalika hydropower dam in Chisyang, Bagmati Province 06-001 K 0131 Excavator No. 06-001 K 0131, the driver Magar died when a stone suddenly fell from above, the police said. The police said that the excavator was also damaged.
