4-year-old Hamdan Mia died after falling from the roof of a 3-storey house in Bensisahar Municipality-8 Campus Road of Lamjung.

According to the police, he was playing on the roof of his house when he fell on the road and was seriously injured. He was seriously injured and was taken to Chitwan Medical College in Bharatpur Chitwan as he could not be treated in Lamjung.

District Police Office Lamjung Police Inspector Abhishek Pandey informed that the news was received that the child who was taken to the hospital died around 10 o'clock on Thursday night. According to him, the child fell down around 4:30 pm on Thursday and was seriously injured.

The boy was a class nursery student at the local New Era Boarding School. Both his father and grandfather are employed abroad. The only son of the family was living with his mother and grandmother.
