Relief funds have been distributed to the families of those who lost their lives in landslides in Dharche rural municipality-5.

Jit Bahadur Gurung of Dharche-5, his wife Kanchi Gurung, Sulal Gurung, Ramesh Gurung and Ramesh Pariyar of Arughat Rural Municipality-7 died in a landslide on July 13. Kajiman Sunar, chief administrative officer of the rural municipality, said that according to the agreement to provide relief of 3 lakhs to the families of the deceased, the money was provided to Rohwar of the rural municipality. According to him, according to the agreement to provide funds in two installments, the first installment was distributed on Sunday at the rate of one and a half lakh rupees. It was also agreed to provide an additional 7 lakh rupees to the family of Ramesh Gurung, who is also an employee of the company.
Dilip Gurung, who was injured in the landslide, has been provided three lakh rupees as the first installment. It has been agreed that the Pvt Ltd will provide 6 lakhs for the treatment of the injured. Sunar said that the rural municipality has also provided an additional Rs 1 lakh to the injured Gurung.
Five people, including three from the same family, lost their lives in the landslide on July 13th. In the discussion held on 25th of January between the municipality and the company, it was agreed to provide relief funds.
