Two young men died in a motorcycle accident on Sunday morning at Lakeside in Pokhara. The motorcyclist Saphal Ranabhat, 21, of Kaskikot, and Sujal Adhikari, 21, of Simalchaur, the rear passenger, died in the accident at 1 am at Lakeside.
According to Police Inspector Avinashdeep Jisi of the District Police Office, the motorcycle coming from Lakeside towards Shahid Chowk went out of control and hit the solar pole near Street No.-3.
Both of them suffered severe head injuries and died during treatment at Gandaki Medical College. Doctors declared both dead at 2:20 am.
