A man was found dead on the banks of the Trishuli River in Gandaki Rural Municipality-2 Gordi. The body of a 55-year-old man was found on Saturday, District Police Office Gorkha said. The body has not been identified.
The dead body, which was stuck in the middle of the stone on the river bank, was taken out by the investigation team from District Police Office Gorkha and the police team from Armed Police Disaster Management Academy Kurintar and brought to Gorkha District Hospital for post-mortem. DSP Indra Prasad Subedi of District Police Office Gorkha informed that the incident is being further investigated.
