Looking from the outside, there is a single-storey house. There are 4 beds inside. Cooking materials, gas stove, water management. Various message materials are written outside. Up to 107 people have lived in this camp in a year. They have also taken health services free of charge for one to seven days.

Located in Jhinvakhola of Nisikhola Rural Municipality-3, 120 km west of the headquarters, this camp is a maternity waiting room next to the Bohoragaon Health Chowki Building. This camp was made after the people who received services at the health post were too far away to receive treatment and receive services on time.

There is a provision for free accommodation before and after delivery in this camp. Anami Tarakumari Chand of the Health Chowki said that this building is becoming useful to eliminate the problem of leaving the health institution only after the pain of childbirth, to reduce the risk of childbirth and to protect the health of mothers and babies.

In the last fiscal year, 107 women have used this drug during pregnancy, before delivery and after delivery. Even in 5 months of the current year, 52 people have taken service here . "If there is a risk by coming here one or two days before delivery, we can refer to a well-equipped hospital," said Top Bahadur Chand, "we can understand what other risks there are during delivery." He said that if you come and stay here a day or two in advance, you will get regular supervision by a skilled obstetrician because there may be risks.

Local senior Anami Tila Mall said that the health condition of most of the women who come here is at risk. She suggested that no matter how healthy the maternity condition is, it should not be considered normal. "Pregnant and giving birth are risky," she said, "According to the protocol, it is best to have a regular pregnancy test and give birth on time." ;.

You have to walk for three to four hours from within the ward to reach this health post. Last year, a woman who did not come to the health institution on time died in childbirth. After seeing her problem, the local women's health volunteers have also started recommending regular pregnancy check-ups and going to the waiting room at the health institution during delivery.

After allocating 3 lakh rupees by Nisikhola rural municipality, the rural health improvement project managed by the Fairmed Foundation here has invested 2 lakh 50 thousand rupees and built this waiting house at a cost of 5 lakh 50 thousand rupees. In the beginning, there was no one to stay in this camp built four years ago . Now many people have started coming sporadically. Apart from those around the health institution, Malla informed that those who had to come from other places regularly came and stayed.

The rural municipality has launched a free ambulance service for health services. President Surya Bahadur Gharti said that the work of providing services to those who reach the nearest health institutions, they should be referred immediately and if there is a risk, they will be sent with some expenses. "The waiting room with a small investment has given a lot of support now," he said, "Initially, I thought it was going to happen, but now it has become very useful." The municipality has also provided clothes to the residents of the health institution.
