A team including technicians is going to study to bring out the gas bullet from Krishnabhir in Dhading under the Prithvi highway.
Police Inspector of District Police Office Dhading Pralhad Silwal said that there was information about gas leakage from the bullet that fell in Trishuli. "We have called a team including technicians from Chitwan and are studying it. We have received information about gas leakage. We will decide how to extract it safely with the advice of the technicians," he said. According to the police, the option of increasing the amount of leakage and bringing it out of the Bullet River is also being discussed.
A team of armed police divers has also arrived at the scene. He also said that the gas bullet belongs to Shriram Gas Industry. He also said that there was unconfirmed news that the bullet driver was in contact. "There has been unconfirmed news that he is in contact with one of his people, we are understanding about it," he said. A team including divers from the Armed Police Force Nepal Disaster Management Training School Kurintar and Disaster Management Wes Adamghat has also been mobilized at the scene.
A vehicle with Indian number plate number NL 02 L 3907 carrying gas towards Kathmandu fell into Trishuli on Sunday morning and had an accident. The front part of the vehicle is stuck in the river and the gas bullet has reached the river. The police also said that the vehicle was out of control and the accident occurred.
