Australia has released a new list of skilled businesses for the coming year based on the manpower required in the country. In the public list, many skilled workers such as cooks, accountants, safes etc. have been added to the list.

Australia publishes this list every year based on the manpower it needs. There is a provision that people who are skilled in the business in the list and who have qualified according to the Australian immigration rules and laws can apply from onshore (home country) and offshore (abroad) as well.

The government has included 456 jobs in this list released on Tuesday. It is said that the new public list will largely compensate for the shortage of workers in the Australian employment sector. It is mentioned that the labor list associated with the new list will make a significant contribution to the Australian economy.

The public list includes construction, health and education, engineers as well as carpenters. In this list, various professions such as nursing, engineering, cook, safe, bakery, accounting etc. are also included in the subjects that Nepalis study and have skills in. The list includes goat farmers, pig farmers, flower gardeners, chicken farmers, video producers, television, radio and print journalists, web designers, teachers, pharmacists, dentists, doctors, etc. According to experts in this field, if the eligibility is met according to the immigration law of the government, the application can be made even from Nepal.

This list is made public by the government agency here after discussions with experts working in the field of workers. Australia's immigration minister, Tony Burke, has said that the government is working hard to address the current shortage of skilled workers. The Business Council of Australia has said that the new list published by the government will help fill the labor shortage seen here. Australia-based lawyer Sanjeev Pandey said that this list is published every year and this year's list has not changed much compared to last year.

Meanwhile, Australia is going to bring in 3,000 workers from India annually under the Mobility Arrangement for Talented Early Professional Scheme (METS) program. According to the Immigration Department, skilled Indian workers in certain fields will get opportunities under this program.

403 Visa subclass, workers coming in this visa will be allowed to work in Australia for 2 years in the related field. Indian workers who are eligible to come to this program will be able to apply for a visa only after being officially invited by the government here after registration. Under this program, renewable energy, mining, information and communication, artificial technology, engineering and other subjects are covered.
