Bhatt, who came to Israel enthusiastically with the goal of learning about agricultural technology, was saddened when she suddenly had to leave home. Some days she could not think of anything. After returning, she completed her internship online instead. She planned to go to America for studies. During this time, she came to know that Wagmati State Public Service Commission has opened an advertisement for Agricultural Officer. She had not participated in any public service examination before and applied after the deadline by paying extra fee. Finally, she succeeded in making a name for herself in public service in her first attempt. After becoming an agricultural official in the first attempt, Bhatt now has a lot of people to congratulate him. 

Abbal Bhatt used to be first/second in her class in studies since childhood. She was also interested in extra subjects and was also reading books for public service exam preparation. He believes that this study is the reason why he succeeded in the first attempt. "I didn't prepare much for the exam, I didn't take any preparation classes," said Bhatt, "I paid an extra fee to fill the application, but after taking the exam, I was sure that my name would appear in the agricultural officer as well." was confident.

She used to focus on extra studies along with public service books for an hour or two every day. He didn't have the habit of wandering around unnecessarily and gossiping in his spare time. 

During the corona infection, she also studied through online. She was in 12th standard at that time. She started focusing on general knowledge while studying online. Usually busy with studies, she used to wake up at 5 in the morning and sit down to read, apart from taking an hour's rest in between, this process continued till 10 at night. 

According to the advertisement opened by the Wagmati Pradesh Public Service, she had applied for the women's quota in December last year. The written exam was held in March. When the results came at the end of August, 35 people including him had passed. The oral exam was held on October 20 for those who passed the written exam. After her name appeared in the official list on November 6, she has appeared in Bakaiya Rural Municipality of Makwanpur after realizing the appointment on November 11.

She went to Israel to learn agriculture, now she has a challenge to show her technical knowledge in Bakiya rural municipality. She said that the municipality has given priority to agriculture. She came to Israel while she was studying at the Faculty of Agriculture at the University of Agriculture and Forestry, Rampur Chitwan. The area where she lived was far from the area where the rebel group Hamas attacked Israel, but she returned home when the family's taxes and all the students started returning. While in Israel, the sirens of the attack still ring in his ears. But she said that she was not so afraid because it was far from the area attacked by the Hamas group. "We didn't have to hide in the bunker, but the sirens were going on, so we had to be safe," Bhatt said She was visiting her friends after an hour's bus ride. She said that she was very scared when she heard that Nepali students were attacked within three or four days of her return. She said that since the incident is far away, it is easy to know how to go to a safe place and how to avoid it. "The family and relatives were very scared, but we were working regularly," said Bhatt.

22-year-old Bhatt, who hails from Dasarathchand Municipality of Baitadi, studied at her uncle's house in Mahendranagar since childhood. His father, Thirendra, is a NIMA level teacher in Bedkot Municipality of Kanchanpur. Mother Geethadevi teaches in a private school. Excellent in studies since childhood, she changed 4 schools till she passed her SLC. She started her education from Mahendranagar's Rashtriya Bal Vidyalaya and then studied at Mahendranagar's Mahakali Bal Vidyalaya, San International and International. Bhatt, who completed her ISC from Radiant High School in Mahendranagar, also appeared for medical education (MBBS). But after not getting a scholarship, she decided to pursue medical education and chose agriculture. Even now, she is studying in the second semester of her master's degree in the Faculty of Agriculture at Tribhuvan University. In Tribhuvan University too, she stood second out of 76 who passed the entrance exam. Now she is studying in the Faculty of Agriculture on a full scholarship. 

Since she studied at her mother's house since she was young, she got support and love from both her home and her mother's house. She says that she has reached her current state with the encouragement she received from her parents and Mawli Bajebajii. 'The biggest thing is that I have reached my current position because of my father's work and hard work,' she said He added, 'Diligent and obedient.'As soon as the name was revealed to the agricultural officer, Himashweta made the first call to her father and then called her mother and Mawli Bajebjyai. 

After returning from Israel, Himashweta planned to go to America for studies. She was preparing accordingly. But her father Thirendra did not want to send his daughter abroad. He did not want to send his daughter again because he had suffered the first time he went abroad (Israel). "There was a problem in the beginning, there was an attack on the students who went to study, they had to return home because of fear," he said In August 2008, less than a month after arriving in Israel, the Hamas group attacked the area where Nepali students were staying. In which 10 students from Sudurpaschim University died. Sudurpaschim University student Bipin Joshi is still missing.
