It was around the year 2053, when 15-year-old Pradeshiram Chowdhury was just sitting there with a mustache. There was an increase in the number of sangharis (friends) of the village going up the hill to do wage labour. Pradeshiram, who spent his childhood in Samthar Bhoomi of Ghodaghodi Municipality-10 Lathaia of Kailali, also had a desire to climb mountains.

When Dipayal arrived in search of work, he was surprised by the high mountains everywhere and the Seti river flowing in between. Was surprised to see Lampsar Dipayal Bazar in Seti Bagar. While looking for a job, he found Vasudev Gautam. Gautam had a photo studio at that time. He also taught Pradeshiram how to take pictures, taught him computer and explained the struggle of life. "He is the one who shows me the way in life, I will always respect him for where I am now," he said.

After three decades of struggle, Pradeshiram Doti is known as the most famous photo studio businessman. He settled in Dipayal in the year 063 and has made a permanent residence here in Pipalla Bazar. "After climbing the mountain, I didn't imagine going down to the valley," he said.

A story similar to that of Pradeshiram is about a youth of the Chaudhary community, who once climbed the mountain in search of work and was stuck here for the love of the mountain. In the year 063, as a market representative of a liquor company, Bujawan Prasad Chaudhary climbed the hill. Worked in the company for the first three years. In that sequence, the Sangharis increased here, relatives were added. Due to the dense settlement of those who came down from the village due to the then armed conflict, the splendor of the Pipalla market in Dipayal was unique.

During his three-year stay, Bujawan realized that his future was not a job, but business. The struggle that started with starting a business at that time made him established in Dipayal. Although he spent his childhood in the Terai, he spent his youth in Dipayal. "The Sangharis are here, this land is lovely. How can the mind get stuck here," he said. While living here, he taught his wife to be a staff nurse. She passed public service and became a government employee. Buzavan is doing good business in Dipayal through Sekuwa Corner. He has also added land to Dipayal.

These two characters who climbed the mountain in the course of work and business are just examples. Lately, the number of Tharu community living in Gharjam is increasing in Dipayal. While the local youth are migrating to India and abroad due to lack of employment, the Tharu Tanneris are heading towards the hills. The youth of the Tharu community, who are known as honest and hardworking, are here in professions like contracting, business, computer, accountant, driver. "Most people trust them because they are honest and hardworking," said Vikram Saud, president of the Doti Industry and Commerce Association, "but there is more deviance among the youth, as they tend not to respect work, most businessmen prefer to employ Tharu youth." Saud speculated that the person might be working. Stating that some of the Tharus are fluent in the Dotyal language, Saud said that they enjoy the original dishes and customs of the place.

The Tharus of Dipayal Ukle mostly come from Kailali. Some have already attached real estate. Some come temporarily for wage labor and return home during the rainy season. Subas Chowdhury said that he used to go to Terai for farming all year round. Ram Prasad Chaudhary, who dropped out of class 9 due to poor economic conditions, is now running a fancy shop with his family in Dipayal.

Jaggu Chaudhary, who came to Ganesh Enterprises as a youth for a job, has also been struggling in Dipayal for a decade and a half. He has also now opened his own computer and flex print shop. "We don't know how to tell lies and dishonesty, we have learned from childhood that we have to fight," Jaggu said, "We are happy to enjoy the place where we get love and life when we come for employment." Rahne Surendra Choudhary says. He has been doing audit work in Dipayal while his wife Lalita has opened a beauty parlour. He said that they have never hesitated to put pressure on the state side on issues such as education, health, and infrastructure.
