He was famous for all three things: dancing, comedy and acting. Govinda, who gave successful films one after another throughout his career, had one film that failed to earn even a percent of its budget at the box office.

Today, Govinda is celebrating his 62nd birthday. At this time, Govinda remembers his most superhit and flop films. 

When the film 'Rangeela Raja', which was released in the theaters 6 years ago, came, the audience was not aware of it. After failing at the box office, Govinda did not work in any new film after that. 

Govinda was born on December 1, 1963 in Mumbai to actor Arun Kumar Ahuja and singer Nirmala Devi.

Govinda, who started his acting journey in 1986, became the biggest flop of his career with 'Rangeela Raja'. This film was released in 2019.

‘Rangeela Raja’ was produced by Pahlaj Nihalani and directed jointly by Pahlaj Nihalani and Sikander Bharti.

The film starred Govinda along with actors like Mishika Chaurasia, Anupama Agnihotri, Shakti Kapoor, Digangana Suryavanshi and Mahesh Anand.

The film was made at a cost of around Rs 19 crore. But the film earned only Rs 18 lakh at the box office.

After this, Govinda distanced himself from the film industry.
