Three films on Dasain: Early morning show at the hall

As many films will be screened during Dasain, QFX will be showing films from early morning to late night. Shasin Shakya, market manager of QFX, said that they have kept it from 5:30 am to 9 pm to distribute all the films.

There are many films. Therefore, we have increased the early morning and late night shows to distribute them," said Shakya.

As he said, this year, three films targeted at Dasain are being screened at Phoolpati. Since three Nepali films will be screened simultaneously, the theater business had started preparing for the distribution for some time. Meanwhile, before the Gen-G movement, other Nepali films had also prepared to screen their films on Dasain. However, due to the ban on social media and the subsequent Genji movement, the much awaited film 'Jari 2' did not come to the fore.

Since the day of Phoolpati, 'Balidan', 'Hari Bahadurko Jotaka' and 'Maitighar' are being performed. Directed by Santosh Sen, 'Balidan' is an action film. The film focuses on the relationship between mother and son and patriotism. Sameer Bhatt, Richa Sharma, Saugat Malla, Arpan Thapa are in lead roles in the film. ``Hari Bahadur Ko Jotta'' is a comedy film based on Hari Bahadur, the famous character of actor Harivansh Acharya. Directed by Dipendra K Khanal, this film stars Harivansh, Prakash Saput, Swastima Khadka, Priyanka Karki. 'Maitighar', which contains the story of the Tamang community, is a film on social themes. Directed by Milan Tamang, this movie stars Dhiraj Magar, Upasana Singh Thakuri, Prakash Saput, Kedar Prasad Ghimire.
