Ujjwal Shrestha's 'Igloo' has won first place in the 'Third Youth Short Film Competition' organized by Oscar International College, which is teaching film. Ujjwal, who has been teaching film for 21 years, won the first place in this Oscar competition and received a cash prize of one lakh.

In 'Igloo', the relationship between a drug-addicted sister and her brother is presented . First woman cinematographer Shavanam Mukhia, directors Sujith Bidari and Naveen Chauhan were the judges of this competition. They announced the winner. Regmi's 'Uljhan' was successful in the competition and Biplav Biswas' 'Soccer-Bakar' got the third prize. The second winner has been given fifty thousand in cash and the third has been awarded twenty five thousand.

Similarly, Mingla Limbu's 'Khene Nu Anga' won the 'Jury' award in the competition. Organizers announced 50 percent scholarship for college admissions to all winners including Jury Prize . This year, more than 40 young filmmakers participated in this competition, which was launched with the aim of identifying talents under the age of 20.

Out of that, 21 contestants have been selected for the film competition, according to the organizer College Oscar.
