The international film jury of the '12th International Documentary Festival Irapetra and Awards' in Greece, Europe, awarded 'Color of Tea'.

On August 13, the festival organizers released the list of officially awarded films on their website, writing that the second festival award goes to the international short film 'Colour of Tea', written and directed by Raj Sargam (Nepal).

The 12th International Documentary Festival Erapetra & Awards promotes the best long and short documentaries and short films from around the world in Greece for screening in its competitive section.

'Colour of Tea' tells the story of the Dalit tribals of Madhesh who silently rebel against the micro-aggressions and violence that perpetuate caste discrimination. This film by writer and journalist Raj won the best award at the 'Korea Gyeonggi International Film Festival' last July for the Sustainable Development Goals 2025 in Korea.

has also managed to reach the quarter finals in the 'Kobani International Film Festival' to be held in Germany in Europe in September. Also, 'MOD Fests: Minority Open Day 2025' in Podgorica, Montenegro, Europe was also an official selection.
