Announcing the film and setting the screening date has become the latest introduction to Nepali films. There are many examples of rushing the production when the performance is decided before the film is made. But, what does the Nepali filmmakers care about? They are struggling to fix the performance date.
The interesting thing is that on the same date that the production is announced and the screening is scheduled, 2-3 movie halls are competing to get it.
On the occasion of New Year, a Hull filmmaker has announced the production of a new film. Some have even set performance dates . It has been announced that director Ashok Sharma's 'Double Triple' will be released on February 1.
director Upendra Subba has also announced 'Zari 2'. The 'Citamol' team prepared under the direction of Raj Bahadur Sane has also fixed the screening date of the film. It is said that this film will be released from July 23.
Similarly, 'Pahad', which has been recently completed under the direction of Tulsi Ghimire, has confirmed the release date of November 7. On the occasion of New Year 082, Om Pratik has announced to make a new film 'Dukdhuki'. Sunil Niure has also announced to make 'Pushpa Lata'. Yama Sherpa has also announced a film titled 'Mirmire' on this occasion and announced plans to screen it within 082 .
Now it remains to be seen whether these films will be screened on the scheduled date and time.
