Three months have passed since the divorce of singer Elina Chauhan. Even though he lost love in his personal life, his love for music is becoming more and more intense. Although divorce and personal experiences are his own, his songs have become a shared feeling of many sources.
Chouhan, who came to participate in the ongoing Chaite Dasain and New Year fair in Baglung, became emotional when she performed the song 'Chutyo Pirim'. His songs like 'Dhokebaaz hau tu', 'Mero chhunumunu hau', 'Timile Dhoka dieu te katta handindehu' are popular since before. She performed similar popular songs at a fair organized by Baglung Ekta Club on Friday.
Alina also spent some time as Baglung's daughter-in-law. When she stood on the stage, the audience was interested, 'What did she say?' But she did not mention anything personal. Instead, through the song 'Katta Handindehu', she explained the many meanings of 'Katta' and said, 'Some say guns, some say they don't mean anything. I say love will give love. May those who cheated with my 'cut' regret it.'
After he sang songs like 'Mineral Water', 'Godavari Banaima', 'Kura Katne Mangbo Le Katun' from the stage, the audience danced. While performing the songs 'Katta Handindehu' and 'Chutyo Pirim', there was a demand for 'Once More', although she did not repeat those songs. She sang the song 'Dusman Hereko Heryai' in collaboration with singer Durgesh Thapa twice.
The fair, which started on Chait 19, has been extended until the new year. Baglung Ekta Club president Insan Thapa informed that various cultural programs were organized in the fair. He said that more programs have been added in the district to stop the crowd from visiting Pokhara during English and Nepali New Year.
Baglung Kalika Bhagwati Guthi Management Committee has already participated dozens of artists like singer Vasant Thapa, Vishnu Khatri, Shiv Pariyar, Srikrishnabam Malla, Lakshmi Malla, Thaneshwar Gautam in the fair. During the fair period, double song, volleyball, chelo, fun fair and sports competitions are also being conducted.
Hundreds of spectators, tourists and devotees participated in the fair, which will be held until Baisakh 1. Arjun Chokhal, president of Hoteliers Federation of Gandaki, said that the fair is effective in promoting tourism and making local businesses run.
