The concert of musical band Nepathya from Canberra, Australia has started. The concert was attended by not only Nepalese but also Australian audience. Linda Trigg, who worked as a diplomat in Nepal for a long time, also participated in the concert.
She said, "I saw Nepathya's concert for the first time in Sydney 17 years ago, since then I have seen five Nepathya concerts held in Australia and this is the sixth one." This is the seventh Australian tour of the
band. The
concert was started with 'Koshiko Pani'. After that, 'Sheep's Wool' and 'Chhekyo Chhekyo' were presented respectively. Singer Amrit Gurung, while singing 'Angnai Bhari', mentioned that it gives him great pleasure to sing this song which he prepared 35 years ago now.
Then Nepathya's all-time hit songs 'Lampate Surati', 'Chari Maryo' and 'Jomsomai Bazar' continued .
Singer Amrit requested to spread the Nepali language to future generations along with the song and keep the contact with his relatives in Nepal alive.

After reciting 'Yo Zindagaani', the atmosphere of the concert became even hotter with 'Gaon-gaon bate utt'.
Amrit on stage with Dhruv Lama on drumset, Subin Shakya on bass guitar, Niraj Gurung on guitar, Shanti Rayamazhi on Madal and Dineshraj Regmi on keyboard helped. Apart from this team of artists, a 14-member team of managers and technicians is involved in the journey.
After completing the first performance in Canberra during this series of tours, the band will now reach Perth, the capital city of the state of Western Australia. The next performance will be held on March 9 at the 'Metro City Hall' located there. The band has performed in that hall before.
Then on March 14th, Brisbane's 'The Tivoli', March 18th at the 'Odeon Theater' in Hobart, the capital of Tasmania, on March 21st, Adelaide's 'Hindley Street Music Hall', and March 24th at Melbourne's 'Festival Hall' will head to Sydney to host the final show.
The band will return home after presenting themselves at the Horden Pavilion on the evening of March 29 in this city in the southern hemisphere.
