Director Tulsi Ghimire has started shooting for the film 'Pahad'. Director Ghimire has made a comeback in directing after almost eight years with the film, which started shooting today after performing puja at the Gorkha Darbar. Shiv Shrestha, Madankrishna Shrestha and Sunil Thapa are seen in the film.

Similarly, he has brought Pramod Pradhan to Nepal as a cinematographer. Cinematographer Pradhan, who has also shot films, web series and telefilms in India, has collaborated with director Ghimire in Injustice, Koseli, Chino and Dakshina. He came to Nepal after thirty years to shoot a Nepali film. Ranjit Gajmer has composed the music for the

film. After the last few films were not liked by the audience, director Ghimire is coming to the audience again with a strong story and team. Director Ghimire has prepared the story of the film, which is about the mountains that were emptied when the young people migrated abroad and the social and economic problems it brings.

He said, "The story of a high mountain without human habitation is covered, the film depicts our responsibility and the country's needs". We have selected the actors according to the subject of the film. I am excited to work with new and old generations. Panchmi Ghimire, daughter of director Ghimire, is making her debut as an actress through this film. She gave Muhurta shots with actors Madankrishna Shrestha and Arun Chhetri.

director Ghimire said that the confidence seen in his daughter and the captured scene added to his excitement. He expressed his happiness that his daughter has chosen her own profession of film. Because like parents of other professions, he wanted to see his daughter work in films . 

The film is produced by Ojaswi KC and is being shot by Pramod Pradhan. The film will be shot for 25 days around Gorkha and 15 days in India. Ranjith Gajmer is the music director and Bharti Ghimire is the creative director in the film, which is being produced under the banner of Bhagyaratna Films Pvt Ltd.
