In the first quarter, only 7.68 percent of the current expenditure and 1.18 percent of the capital expenditure have been spent in Madhesh Province. According to the Provincial Accounts Controller Office, Janakpur, the Madhesh Province Government has spent only 1.62 billion 28 million rupees in the first quarter. Of which 1.28 billion 28 million rupees were spent on the current expenditure and 338.5 million rupees were spent on the capital expenditure, informed Provincial Accounts Controller Manoj Kumar Jha.
