A large group of angry protesters marched towards the Chief Minister's office after the fierce fire in the State Assembly building. They entered the building by breaking the strong security cordon of the police.
The protesters have started vandalizing furniture, documents, tools and windows inside the office. Although the security personnel tried to control the situation, the situation could not be controlled due to the large crowd.
Earlier, the protestors set fire to the state assembly building. Similarly, CPN-UML's party office in Panchali and internal revenue office at Traffic Chowk have also been set on fire.
