Chairman of Nepali Congress and former Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has said that former Speaker Daman Nath Dhungana established that the government is the majority and the Parliament is the opposition.

Chairman Deuba, who came to Sano Gaucharan on Monday to pay his last respects to former speaker Dhugana's body, said this. Deuba recalled that he became the Speaker of the Nepali Congress and worked impartially. 

When Dhungana was Speaker, Deuba said that although he felt that he had made trouble for the Congress party, he realized that now it is not. Damannathji is really a good person. He died. He entered the Speakership from our party. He acted fairly. It seemed that the party was in trouble, but they did not let it be known. That is the Speaker's job. He established that the house of the opposition and the government of the majority," said Deuba, "he succeeded in establishing the government of the majority and the parliament of the opposition in Nepal. We felt that he made trouble for our party, but that is not the case.
