A memorial book has been published in the name of the first Madan award winning historian and writer Chittaranjan Nepali. The book 'Daiba: Chittaranjan Nepali Smritigranth' was released on Friday at a program held in Kathmandu.

The book was published by professors Triratna Manandhar, Malla K Sundar, Madan Bhattarai and others. Speaking at the program, Professor Manandhar mentioned that Chittaranjan Nepali has started writing the history genre in a new way. He said that family, relatives, writers, writers, administrators, social workers etc. have revealed the personality of Nepalese by writing their memoirs in the book.

publisher Meenu Rajbhandari said the book was successful in presenting Daiba's contributions in a coherent manner. This book was published on the first death anniversary of Chittaranjan Nepali. He died on October 29 last year at the age of 93.

In 'Daiba: Chittaranjan Nepali Smritigranth', apart from Chittaranjan Nepali's writings, history and works, his contributions in administration, diplomacy and social service are also discussed. Similarly, the articles and memories written by him about himself, experiences and other people like Baburam Acharya, Riddhi Bahadur Malla are included. These articles have given information about the politics, administration, border management and other issues of that time.
