The embassy has requested that service recipients come only after 8 am, citing complaints from local residents about service recipients gathering around the embassy premises since 5 am. The Nepali embassy is located within a residential area.
‘Since there have been repeated complaints that service recipients have been gathering since 5 am, parking vehicles in open spaces for long periods, unnecessarily crowding, talking loudly and making noise, causing inconvenience to residents living in the vicinity of the embassy, all service recipients are requested to come to receive services only during office hours,’ the issued notice said. ‘If you must come early, you can come only after 8 am, only the concerned service recipients should be present to receive services, and all concerned are requested to refrain from unnecessarily staying around the office for long periods.’
