Nepal has signed an agreement with Ukraine and Serbia to arrange visa-free entry. Such a facility is only for passport holders used for diplomatic, government and service purposes. After the agreement, these types of passport holders will be able to enter each other's countries without a visa. They can travel for up to 90 days.

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, after the implementation of the agreement, it is expected that there will be ease in high-level visits, government work and service-related travel between Nepal, Ukraine and Serbia. It is believed that this step will further strengthen cultural, economic and diplomatic exchanges at the government level.

Foreign Minister Arju Rana Deuba on behalf of Nepal and Foreign Minister Andrey Saibiba on behalf of Ukraine and Marko Juric on behalf of Serbia have signed an agreement. According to the constitutional provisions, the Parliament has been informed about this agreement, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The agreement has been registered with the Federal Parliament for approval. It is stated in Article 4 of the agreement that the immigration laws of the respective countries will be applied if the terms and conditions specified in the

agreement are violated. An agreement was signed between Nepal and Ukraine on 25 September 2024. An agreement on visa exemption was signed between Nepal and the Republic of Serbia on 18 March 2025.
