Krishna Panthi has been unanimously elected as the President of Non-Resident Nepali Association, National Coordination Council Qatar (NRNA). Panthi was previously Senior Vice President.

The 11th National Unity Congress held in Doha on Friday under the chairmanship of NRN President Ramesh Bhatt has elected a new working committee under the leadership of Panthi for 2025-2027.

First Vice President of NRNA Qatar Ravin Magar, Second Vice President Jahangir Alam, Women Vice President Toumaya Gurung and Youth Vice President Mehrsinh Tamang were unanimously elected.

The convention has elected General Secretary Vivek Pulami Magar, Secretariat Buddh Pandey, Sujan Gurung, Arjun Sangoula, Treasurer Kavindra Kandel, Co-Treasurer Kancha Shrestha (Ajay), Women's Coordinator Kalpana Pun Magar, Youth Coordinator Keshavraj Malla (Keshu). There are 19 people in

members. Among them are Rita Pokharel, Indira Shah, Ramchandra Giri, Amrit Vishwakarma, Ganesh Adhikari, Rajan Chapagai, Tara Tomato (Kamal), Dilliram Bhattarai, Mohammad Rafiq Rayan, Darshan Sunar, Prakash Vick, Vishwanath Bhattarai, Gorakh Bahadur Chand Thakuri, Mohammad Anwarul Haq, Shesha Momtaz, Prakash Thapa, Sushil Kumar Subba, Krishna Bhandari and Pushkar Bahadur Saud.

Similarly, Ram Prasad Gautam has become the Accounts Committee Coordinator. Kamal Khatri, Ashok Ale Magar are among the Audit Committee members.   

The convention has unanimously elected Dhan Bahadur Balayar, Sheikh Hanif Khan, Dhruvraj Adhikari, Tikaram Dumre and Gopal Dangi as members of the International Coordinating Committee (ICC) of NRNA. 5 thousand 5 people took registered membership for the convention.
