The price of gold and silver has increased slightly in the local market today. Compared to last Friday, the price of gold has risen by Rs 1,600 per tola and silver by Rs 60.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Associations, the price of one tola of hallmarked gold has been set at Rs 287,100 today, while the price of the same quantity of silver has been fixed at Rs 4,410.
Last Friday, the price of one tola of hallmarked gold was set at Rs 285,500 and the price of the same quantity of silver was set at Rs 4,350. Last Thursday, one tola of hallmarked gold was traded at Rs 291,300 and silver at Rs 4,505.
