President Ram Chandra Poudel has certified three budget-related bills. He certified three bills related to the budget for the fiscal year 2083/84 passed by the Federal Parliament on Tuesday.
President Poudel has certified the Appropriation Bill, 2083, the National Debt Collection Bill, 2083 and the Finance Bill, 2083 in accordance with Article 113 (2) of the Constitution of Nepal, according to a statement issued by the Office of the President on Tuesday.
With the certification of the bills, the constitutional and legal path has been opened for the government to implement the allocated budget for the fiscal year 2083/84.
